Wire Crosses

March 18th, 2010 :: 5:41 pm

My cousin/ friend Jackie, knows how much I love to have projects and make crafts while Craig is gone away to work… so she found these really cool wire crosses online and sent me a picture so I could check them out! I loved them so I went to Michael’s and bought some cheap floral wire and some fun beads!

I looped the wire and made them into the shape of crosses and added the bead in the center. They turned out great!

Since then I had my Mom come over and she liked them but wanted them in the shape of a flower, so i made some for her with copper beads to match her burnt orange bathroom that she needed some decor for! I also used mine for a bathroom… I had a bathroom painted yellow… which I wasn’t sure I liked overly, so I added some word art to make the walls look almost newspapered and added my wire crosses to tie it together!

I love “fully decorated” rooms! My sister Robyn, would say I am a trinket collector and have way too much, but I love it! ;)
