New love for Fabric
I love funky patterns and designs. The cool country look of The Pioneer Woman’s website header always catches my eye.
Ree changes her header monthly and it often has a unique country feel and this theme has been carried through her cookbook – The Pioneer Woman Cooks!
After…
1) Seeing this fabulous yellow fabric during a preview for the Sarah’s House show, when watching HGTV (hgtv.ca):
2) Reading my sister Rayel’s blog post on Baby Blankets.
3) Loving the quilt we got for our wedding from my sister-in-love’s sister Jenine:
4) Learning more about my friend Erica’s love for quilting (her blog – Fresh Cottons)
5) Then spotting this awesome quilt done by my sister Rayel’s friend Leanne on Facebook (she made for her new little cowpoke that is on its way):
I’m inspired…I’m searching for fabric!!
I would love to make a quilt with alternating jean pieces. I’ve been keeping our worn out pairs for a bit now.
Now, I’m on the search for the Sanderson fabric (from the top pictures) or anything similar. If you spot any, please let me know!

I don’t know where to find fabric, but the style reminded me of a show called Sarah’s House. She uses a lot of similar fabrics, and perhaps has some links on the website? Can check it anyway: http://www.hgtv.ca/sarahshouse/
