Song choice
With the Canadian Country Music Awards coming up in a couple of weeks, I’m getting the fever! There are so many talented musicians in this country.
Everyone knows the big stars, but I’d like to share a few of my favorite lesser-known artists.
Melissa Rae Barrie
I love her song “Let You Down”, check it out on Melissa Rae’s MySpace.
Ridley Bent
Ridley has definitely started the rise to fame and you can see his video for “Arlington” on CMT. He even has a website!
Ty Christian Wilson
Ty used to have a band with two of my brothers, so he’s extra near-and-dear to my heart. My fave song that he has posted is “Background Noises” but “Wagon Wheel” is a really close second. He is on Facebook.
